Learner Survey

Framework for Excellence 2011/12

As part of the cycle of our quality monitoring we carry out the Framework for Excellence survey.  The purpose of the survey is to get feedback from learners for the Skills Funding Agency.   The survey asks for views on learner’s experience, for example: quality of the information, advice and guidance they have received, quality of teaching as well as their overall satisfaction with their learning experience.
