We interview all potential learners offering a place on an appropriate course. This interview gives a learner an opportunity to ask questions about our service and what they may expect from us. Equally what we expect from learners will be fully explained.

Courses are available throughout the Borough and are held either in the morning, afternoon or evening. They are free of charge to eligible learners and lead to a nationally recognised qualification. Levels range from pre entry (coming to terms with the basics) to level two which is equivalent to a GCSE A-C. We can even arrange childcare for children under five on some of our courses. A small charge will be made for this service.
