Bangladeshi Youth League provide activities for the community living around the centre in Bury Park and surrounding wards of Biscot, Dallow and South Luton. Our objectives are to:

support the social & health needs of older people from the South Asian communities

support children & young people develop and celebrate their Bengali language, culture and improve English and Maths skills
-
identify and address the needs of young people through the sustainable development of its youth provision
-
provide a mentoring service to vulnerable and “at risk” young people
-
provide for the educational needs of pre-school children
-
provide services and activities to empower local women including confidence-building, communication skills and ESOL, pre-employment support ensuring linkages for sustainable learning & progression
-
provide short-break and respite breaks for children, young people & young adults with disability/special needs
-
work in partnership or collaboratively with other organisations to meet our aims and objectives
