Mind-BLMK provides mental health and wellbeing and social care services for Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes and in partnership with other service providers, which are led by our members and service users. We work towards recovery using a range of options enabling access to a variety of support interventions and mechanisms in the support of mental health. Service provision includes Wellbeing Centres across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. These are the different ways we can help:
Volunteering and mentoring
Crisis support
Peer support groups for service users, community and voluntary groups
Counselling Intervention Services
Dielectic Behaviour Therapy groups
Young people services
Providing consultation to organisations in employee wellbeing
Liaison and diversion peer support to the criminal justice system
Provide projects to support mental health and wellbeing
Training – Educational, therapeutic, awareness and access to work support
Professional training, coaching and consultancy
