As the UK's leading mental health charity, our aim is to make sure that no-one has to face a mental health problem alone.  MIND in parnership with Luton Adult Learning is offering an 8 week course designed for those who need this support:

Healthy Aspirations
This NOCN accredited course is your opportunity to learn techniques that are designed to support your emotional wellbeing. It will equip you withtools to build your interpersonal skills and assist with individual learning goals. Delivered in small groups in Luton, the sessions are diverse and aim to meet the needs of all participants.

One Stop Advice Centre (OSAC)

One Stop Advice & Training Centre in partnership with Luton Adult Leaning is offering a funded 12 week programme with IAG support, tester work experience, access to computers with online facilities and will support you with Literacy Numeracy and communications skills.

We will be running a combination of innovative, attractive and creative learning programmes, as well as other activities to develop your skills confidence and move you closer to the job market.
