Active Luton

In partnership with Luton Adult Learning, Active Luton are offering a range of Health and wellbeing courses in a number of locations across Luton. Courses include:

Lady Zia Wernher are offering a number of courses which will help parents, carers or those working with a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Healthy Minds
A 6 week wellbeing programme meeting for 2 hours per week. It is Designed to provide participants with emotional and practical tools to Support their mental and physical wellbeing.
