On Tuesday the 30th of June 2026, Luton Council in partnership with Barnfield College and Jobcentre Plus held an Inclusive Job Fair at Barnfield College.

This was an inclusive event for people with additional needs, mental health conditions, and neurodiversity, to explore employment opportunities.

The event featured employers from a range of sectors, along with training providers and other support services. The job fair provided an excellent opportunity for job seekers to explore career options, network with potential employers, and gain valuable insights into the job market.

Luton Adult Learning ran some employability workshops, and there were also industry talks from the NHS and Luton Airport. A British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter was available throughout the event.
